All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
• United States: 7–12 business days  
• Canada, Europe, Australia: 8–15 business days  
• Other countries: 10–20 business days  

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may be required depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
